T-Mobile has been on a warpath to revolutionize the mobile industry for years, with great success. Now they've turned their sights to reimagining the retail experience. Working with Razorfish, T-Mobile planned an immersive retail video environment focused on expressing the volume and energy of the brand. Utilizing massive custom LED screens, covering hundreds of square feed in the grand entryway wall and ceiling, we designed bold ambient video content that would grab the attention of Mag Mile shoppers and draw them in to a retail experience that is absolutely unavoidable.

As the Senior Art Director, working directly with the talented and ruthlessly ambitious motion team (led by badass Scott Sonneberg), I was responsible for putting ideas to paper, making visuals and motion studies to explore what works, and to help guide the creative executions ever forward within the T-Mobile brand identity.
My personal goal was to create visuals that would pull passersby into the immersive video spaces, distort the reality around them, and to leave them feeling like they had experienced something absolutely special, just for them.
